I love how it grips to the pouch & skin. It stays in place very well. I find that it has prolonged my wear time because it keeps output from collecting above the stoma when sitting & laying down which helps to prevent leaks.
The band is comfortable and soft. I like the flexibility, mesh breathable fabric, and flesh tone color. It is easy to put on and off. I like the snaps as it keeps everything in place. It kind of feels like shape wear or panty house but not tight which I like. And it looks and feels smooth on the outside of my pants as well.
I would rate it as a 5. I wore it to Chicago yesterday for appointments. My appliance was peeling at the top due to my shower, and I had no leaking with wearing the band holding it up. Impressed! I’ve ran errands every day this week, and I appreciate that it’s very concealing. I tend to wear leggings or skinny jeans; so having a belt conceal the appraise is nice.

I love the band! I love the way it keeps the top tucked close still letting the stool flow into pouch.
I wear it just so it covers the top of the pouch and it fits halfway over my stoma. I believe that it’s keeping the stool from pushing to the top of the pouch by making it go to the bottom.

Urostomy comments

I like the fact that it conceals the top of my pouch under clothing and lets me wear my pouch MUCH longer than I used to. I can now wear it for up to two weeks instead of changing my pouch every 3 – 5 days. It is a game changer!
